Turkey or Slovenia ???

I am heading over from Aussie to a wedding in France for a wedding in July 2011. I hope to stop off on the way and join a bike tour for a week or 10 days:confused. So I am tossing up turkey or Slovenia as the riding spot. Your opinions or views would be appreciated. Cheers torch

Turkey and Slovenia? Both countries are nice.. It depends what you are looking for.

Slovenia is a small country and 7 days are so much ofr Slovenia. It's possible to pass also Croatia where you will adore also.. And you can pass to Italia or Austria on Alps from Slovenia.

And Turkey, unlimited options. Aegean and Mediterranean coast; history, nature, sun and curvy roads..

One option that you may be able to comment about is a tour I am looking at with Bike Turkey Home .it starts at gocek and is 10 days through cappadocia.it starts 5july 2011 .bikes are BMW gs1200 . So no ducatis .

Any comments would be appreciated. How is the riding in that region. Is weather ok in July or is it too hot .cheers torch
