No doubt. That style of riding is really appealing, but I don't want to learn it on that bike. Maybe get a 400cc dirt bike out of the paper cheap, put road tires and good brakes on it, and learn with that. If I crash it, who cares.
Maybe by then there'll be some used HMs on the market.

I couldn't really tell (wasn't looking closely), was Xaus smoking the tire on the brakes, or the gas (or both- first brakes to get it sliding, then hard gas to keep it going)?
I watched the supermoto racing at the Fontana AMA race and it seemed that the good guys were doing both.
