HM = newbie
New here and what a great site.
I have been looking for a Motard style bike for a couple of months and nearly passed on the Ducati....that is until I saw the HM. I wanted a bike that I could ride on the street and dirt roads. Something that was not overtly wide nor underpowered.
KTM never entered the picture because of cost, BMW to bulky,Buell Ulyssess came close but the HM blows them all out of the water, value,style and engine.
This will be my first Ducati, I have always lusted after them but we really never had a quality dealer until now. He won't have an HM until June or July but he does allow test rides of what he has...
Maybe later I'll be trading my Blackbird in on a 1098.
After reading through the board I decided to put my money down,looks like I'll be #3 on the list. YaaHooo.
