1995 900SS Throttling Issue - Ducati.ms

I have a stock 900SS, 9k original miles with a throttling issue. Basically it will start and idle smoothly at 1200rpm on full choke. Reduce the choke or touch the throttle and it dies.

Carbs- Stock Mikunis, Factory Pro Ti Jet kit with upgraded E-tubes, all new seals and o-rings.

Tank- Stripped, cleaned, sealed, new sock and filter. Pump works fine.

Fuel- Fresh Shell 92 octane, plenty of flow.

Air Filter- New KN.

Timing- I checked the timing marks on the cams 2 years ago and everything was spot on. The bike has maybe 1k additional miles since then.

Any help I can get this issue resolved would be greatly appreciated!

I took a fuel sample, it is clear orange/yellow. Considering the issue started approximately 2 miles after I refilled I am thinking the fule may be E85 and this is causing the issue.

Any thoughts on E85 causing this issue?
