Newb in Columbia, SC
Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is John and I'm a 36 year old retired club racer and track day guy. I'm a Honda motorcycle mechanic in Columbia and will be purchasing my first Ducati(01 748S) in about a month. Looking forward to being a member of the club as I have been drooling over Dukes for about 15 years now!

Sorry, that's the one I was thinking of... right off I-20?
I used to bring my wheels down there for tire changes. Just move out of Columbia a few months back. Welcome to the board!

US Desmo track days at Roebling on 9 Apr and CMP on 21 May ...both Mondays, when the Carlolina Honda Powerhouse is closed. See you there perhaps. Welcome.

Will be at both of these for sure! I've been to about 10 of US Desmo's track days over the years. I will be riding my 600 Honda though, couldn't bear to send an Italian bike sliding across the ground!

Welcome John!
Nice to see another Columbia resident on the forum (how many Harleys do you own?... just kidding). Midlands Ducati owners seem to be few and far between but are randomly seen blowing by the fat boys.
