This thing would work really well on "hard grips" but not on soft.
I have one on my Strada but I have soft rubber (vibration absorbing) grips and there is way too much "spring" in the rubber to let it set at the operating speed you want. Even "over rotating" the throttle and pushing it in position only comes somewhat close to what you want.

On hard grips it will spin and lock to the position you want.

On springy grips you won't be happy with it
