Anyone order from Randy recently at all? I put an order through Friday of last, (for a clutch spanner tool) and haven't heard back. He's usually very responsive via email, and phone, but I can't seem to get a hold of him at all, or get a response via phone, or email.
Hope he's alright. More concerned about him, than the actual part ordered....

My 1st time buying from Bellisimoto. The levers I ordered are back-ordered, and they were thoughtful enough to call and let me know the approx. delivery date. I was very impressed, especially after having dealt with Brand X and getting lousy service from them. Bellisimoto has a fan!!
