Late Singles Numbers and History

I see in other posts that some here are good with history and numbers.
So,,,,,

I have a 1974 (?) 450 single, the yellow one with disc brake and Ceriani forks.
I've had 3 of these over the years and all 3 had 250 frames.(no bracing)
The frame number on the current one is GT250---

Question is, were these made up from spare parts from the factory?
or crash damage frame replacements back in their dark history?
Or made up from spares in Australia by the dealer? (Frasers)

I have seen a site in the US where a fellow imported one from Tasmania and says it is a 1978 that was made by the factory and sent to Australia with a small number of others. His also had a GT250 frame.

I don't care about it being worth this or that, just interested.

What about that Ducati single owners list that shows engine and frame numbers for hundreds of singles? I post the link but I can't find it right now.

I see on Bevel heaven there is a list of singles and 1 other in Australia with a '74 450 with a DM250GT frame.
Is that the list you are thinking of ?
