The other day for no reason at all I was asked if I still had this part for sale this being the NOS CEV177 headlight , so I replied with PM sent , at that time I decided to update the list as it was well over 12 months old
Next thing I know I'm being told to remove this list or else become a Vendor , in not so many words cough up $300 or it will get deleted ,
I dont strip bikes like others do and most of these parts help someone out when they need items , ones these parts are gone there gone simple
Well it hit the fan didnt it, got the BOOT from there.

OK Martin, you are sounding more and more like a vendor so it is time for me to pull the plug on your vendor-like enterprise on my webiste.
I am going to give you 2 choices here, you can pay up and become a "supporting vendor", and get your own area where you can list what you want, sell what you want etc - I will move your posts already in play into that area for you, and it will cost you $300,
or, you can delete out all your parts sale info lists.
You can paypal $300 to xxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.com and choose the option for GIFT etc so I don;t get stuck with the paypal fee and you have 12 months of freedom to continue to sell your parts here.
Think about it - you have until Friday mid day here in xxxxxxxxxx. Pay up, delete it yourself, or I will for you, but if I have to do so you will create a problem between us as I am extrememly busy and it will only wee wee me off to have to play that game and who knows what I will do.
I have been extremely hard lined on this with EVERYONE not even allowing a mention to a business in a signiture etc yet you have continued wiht what you have been doing. Time to stop it. I hope you understand, nothing personal, I have to keep the same rules consistant business or not, you are using my website to generate money which is eactly what my vendor rules are all about.

Mate I'm not and never will be a vendor , I simply have some parts that I have accumulated over the years and as I'm nearing my resto of the 76SS , I have no further need for them. and just because someone has gone back to when the original post was made way back when and you now deem it upon yourself to say that I'm pushing these parts and to Demand I stop it right now, is just plain old school yard bullying .

No bull and no bullying. The rules are for everyone and since it is my sandbox you are playing in you get to decide to play by those rules or go away. Think about your next move - you have till Friday to decide what you want to do. Sorry if you are feeling picked on - don't! You have no idea how many people I have to deal with on this issue almost daily. There is grey area here but even though you are apparently not breaking bikes up or whatever, the sheer volume has pushed the envelope and crossed my line in the sand. So, given that you have had your fair run of things here, Your time is up - end it or pay up. Simple.
I am not goin to discuss further unless you are seeking answers as to what I can do for you in you own sub forum area... Check it out towards the bottom, The xxxxxxxxx has been a supporter for a few years although they do absolutely nothing in their area. xxxxxxxxx just re upped their sponsorship but wanted me to wait until their new IT guy is back from vacation before I set their area up again.... should be next week. $300 is nothing for a whole year.
