Flywheel WILL NOT come off!
I have a 100 cadet 2-stroke engine,
i bought the flywheel puller for it, the one that screws in and has a bolt for the middle, no matter how hard i get that bolt to crank down this flywheel will not budge,
i pulled out my Makita hammer-impact driver, put a socket on and gave it hell and it wont come off, then, when it was was on there good i hit the top of the puller a few times with a nice heavy hammer, still nothing!
any ideas or tricks? Thanks,

With the end of the crank being twisted off, is the center bolt of the puller pressing on the flywheel? If it is you may have to make a spacer to go between what's left of the crank and the puller bolt. A fair amount of pressure and a quick whack on the center bolt should pop it right off.

i did make a spacer, i cut the body part off a grade 5 bolt, i used a few nuts earlier and they squished like nothing,
i gave it plenty of whacks, progressively harder each time, it wont come off!

If there was any thread lock on it you might want to try heating it with a torch first.

Try and reposition the woodruff key with a small drift punch.
Use the puller to preload the flywheel, then apply heat to the flywheel you have to be careful though and try and limit the heat to the taper area of the flywheel. It is best if you have something like an oxy-acetylene torch which will put a lot of heat in quickly so you can get the flywheel to expand without also expanding the end of the crank. Be careful it might be a bit dramatic when it comes off though!

Use a little liquid wrench, install the puller and let it sit overnight. I have found this to work when gears are stuck on shafts. Applying heat is a good idea too.

ok, i already had it sitting in liquid wrench for a few days, i kept re-coating to try and loosen it up, ill try heat,
i might go buy a bottle of MAPP gas, rather than propane, MAPP is about the hottest i have available atm
im just suprised how fused it is on there, wow...

Penetrating oil
FWIW, in my experience, both Kroil and PB Blaster are much better than Liquid Wrench in freeing up stuck parts. Heat usually helps, though.
Good luck!
