Garage Space for Rent in Astoria

I know its a long shot but ill give it a try. Ok here is the deal. Im currently renting a garage for the past two years and it used to be split by 5 guys, pretty large space 2 1/2 car garage, at one point we had up to 9 motorcycles. Recently 2 guys have moved out, one moved to CA and the other stopped riding and of course rent has gone considerably high.
Im looking for one possibly two extra guys to split the rent. I would describe the garage as a bikers dream garage by NY standards. Here are the perks it has. We all used to go to the track so we basically have everything.
Mostly every tool you'll ever need
Tire Changer
Compressor
Water
Electricity (nicely illuminated)
Fans
Ceiling Extension Cord
Remote Gate
Big Ass Lock (the round ones w/ the side key)
ADT Alarm
Plenty of Shelves and a Work Table
We also have rules but most of them are related to safety being concerned of theft and noise.
You can work on ur bikes freely but what cant be done is the use of strong chemicals such as paint, gas, etc and no reving the bike inside the garage, we just ask to keep it quiet. Garage is under and Apt on a 2 family house. I just ask to meet up before showing the garage. No offense
Garage is located in Astoria near the areas of Astoria Blvd and 21st street

Rent is $500 + $50 for ADT. Currently being split by 3 so its around $183 bucks. Moving one extra guy it would come down to $137 one more guy even lower $110 which is a steal in NY especially for a garage set up as this one. You can store 2 bikes maybe even 3, same price, just dont fill it up with junk unless you put it on ur personal shelf, each will have a shelf.

We are all serious grown up men (friendly) in the age of 30+ with steady jobs and income. No BS!!!
