Tuneboy map to share

Hi all

Am done with my tuneboy/Dyno for now. My mechanic balanced the throttle body and did about 36 runs. Here are the output and map for download if anyone is interested. The mods on my SFS include
1) Termignoni Full System + ECU
2) oversized air intakes
3) light weight fly wheel

The map (zipped) was created using TuneEdit version 4.2, I believe the latest version 5 can also read it. Have fun

Cheers

Kind of you to share.

Tuneboy, being based in Sydney, offered to dyno tune my SFS however after numerous emails and many lengthy delays I decided to write them off as a joke.

Shame.

You should give them another chance. I believe they are a bit overwhelmed. Call them perhaps.

How easy was it work with the distributor/developer? I'm in the process of tuning (retuning). I was told the product is good, but the developer can be hard to get a hold of.

Also, heard that a new version of Tuneboy with Bluetooth capability to tune on the fly with a smartphone will be out soon.

I had my SF tuned by Tuneboy in Hornsby. In fact, my bike was the initial test bike. Wayne can be a little difficult to get hold of but well worth the effort.

I've seen the iPhone apps he has developed. Really cool stuff, especially being able to fire up the bike remotely.

I recommend that you try and try again. My bike would ease on and off throttle smoothly in traffic and also go like the clappers when at the track.

Those are nice peak numbers but that's a pretty significant dip from ~4700-5300 rpm. Do you feel that while riding? Did you attempt to tune it out?

I don't come here much, I'm a fisher man and am at sea a lot but its great to see everyone's prospective of tuning! I own a Multistrada 1200 and an a 1100 Monster they are great machines but both had incoherent running problem in the engine management department,I had Arther of Desmo Headquarters great guy put a Rexxer performance map in my 1200 MTS and it has turned into a wonderful experience more power better throttle response little if any engine popping and no snatching in the low RPM rev range so I had the Monster done and what a difference really recommend this mapping, Arthur told me the exhaust valve is closed along with the lambda which causes these running issues. He tells me that the Rexxer mapping is becoming a very popular and is a reliable engine management system,He tells me there a bike repair shop down in Sydney called D Moto motorcycle engineering fitting Rexxer maps to bikes to fix these issues so this must be a happening thing Its worked for me,Give it a shot I'm sure you will be very happy as I am
