My therapy

I have been really stressed out at work and in life for the past month or so (especially with the weather being rainy/cool). Well the stars aligned on Monday and there was a day that I had off that was warm and sunny. Finally got to get the bike out for a ride that was more than just a couple miles to work in Nashville traffic and back. I had honestly forgotten how much I love riding and why I have stuck with it when there was a time that it would have been much easier to walk away from bikes. It amazes me how much one ride can help my outlook. Thought I'd share a video of a poor rider going slowly.

I'm sitting here trying to decide if I want to go to work today and then I see This post. Guess what? No work, I need therapy, Off for a ride. It's 80 degrees and sunny. Work can wait. It is great to be the boss.

Great day to put some miles on, man......I usually ride to work any day that the roads aren't wet or white, but from December through February those are not a common occurrence.

It was wet here Monday morning, but I rode yesterday......my commute is not in the city, a few miles of interstate and only one traffic light with the balance on nicely paved semi-twisty 2-lane so it's enjoyable even if the destination is not!

Good to see someone else around here that doesn't let the cold and the winter blues keep them off their 2-wheelers.

btw....did you catch that sunset Monday?......just awesome

Completely boring video, but excited that you stuck with riding.
Try hitting up Knoxvillan. I think he may be close by you. He seems like a cool cat.
