Thanks. I'm glad it's the fourth and things can proceed as normal. I've already been awakened by the takers of blood. I can almost sleep thru it apart for "the big stick" when that needle goes in. Happy Birthday Gilly, it's mine & Bill Andersons on the 4th of February.
I'm only 3 years behind you, but I've got to get there yet!
Hope you had a great day as I have today it's the 4th here already.
Cheers & I hope you are healing well.
We lost a fellow here in town last week who was only 51, & was struck by a 17 year old girl who has been charged with the equivalent of manslaughter, but it doesn't do any good for his wife or 3 children under the age of 10.
His injuries were so bad they used 40 bags of blood on him trying to keep him alive, my girlfriend is the head of the Emergency dept & said there was literally nothing they could do to keep him going to give them some options, the patients wife was also a nurse & she was in attendance so every member of staff was giving 110% to help, but it was hopeless.
Sorry for my story but I had to share it with you. No matter what life throws at you, there is always someone else worse off than you.
