yeah, the concept is quite cool, but with all those welds it looks kinda funky...

I am not too keen on how the muffler for the rear cylinder looks as it is quite long and straight and doesn't flow with the curves of the exhaust. U do love the welds and over all approach. I also wonder if those headers would not scavenge as well being muffled so close to the heads. But, what do I know...?

I prefer their first system.

It looks good, but I think the can on the bottom will be too bulky as there is no belly pan to really hide it on the SF. I think it will look killer on the 1X98s.

Someone get one already and do a review lol!!

This is one of those love-it-or-hate-it items I think.........personally I think the segmented assembly has a custom one-off look that accentuates the "visual mechanicals" look of the SF nicely. If the bottom can hangs down very much I'm not sure I'd like that..........we'll just have to wait and see.

I'm not an engineer or an advanced tuner (anything beyond jetting makes my brain hurt!) but from what I gather shorter pipes can be harder to tune for low/mid range power. That being said I think that the use of highly flexible aftermarket tuning electronics (usually required on the 1098SF for proper fueling anyway) would allow a nice dyno tune with almost any pipe.
