Alternator plug from the Voltage regulator

So I'm having a bit of trouble locating the plug onto which the alternator plug is getting plugged into (seen plug B in the picture below).
I'm in the process of putting the bike together and everything is going well but is particular plug is left without a connector for it.
I could not find the receiving end on the main harness anywhere... Am I missing something? The cable comes from the voltage regulator as well. The other cable was correctly plugged into the main harness.

Everything else was plugged in...let alone the second lambda and exval connectors since they are now gone (ECU was remapped).

Also I'm assuming the other plugged connector near the ECU is where the computer gets connected to to reset the TPS.

It appears that you have the manual. Go to the end of the electrical section and you'll find color illustrations of all the connectors when they're plugged in.

Yes, the connector for the diagnostics is on the right hand side with a cap on it. It is #18 on Plate G.

Working on finding the Regulator/alternator connector on my bike, so stand by and I let you know what I can find.

Thanks bud... Connector is on plate F but I can't see where it's plugged into.

OK, so looking at the wiring diagram, wire color code chart, wiring plates, and my bike here's what I looking at. I took as many of the panels off my bike as I could without fully removing the tail, but still couldn't clearly see #16.

My bike has the two connectors running to/from the voltage regulator.

#16 is a smaller connector tucked up under the frame rail back by the regulator on the left side and has four wires running to/from it (2 red, 2 black). It is hard to get to/see with the tail section on and it is the voltage regulator connector.

#15 is a large white colored connector mounted on the left side zip tied to the frame rail almost directly below the left seat mount nut plate and has three larger gage yellow wires (they may be brown colored right at the connector, but become yellow with in a cm or so) running to/from it. #15 is the regulator/alternator connector. It is easy to get to with the seat off.

Both connectors are part of main wiring harness.

Make sure you have the EX-UP connector isolated. It is a smaller square shaped connector, also on the left side near the regulator/alternator connector. The EX-UP connector has four wires running into it: one black, one yellow, one green & red, and one brown & black. I covered mine over with electrical tape. It appears to be similar to the regulator connector (#16), so be careful to get them correctly connected. Check the wire colors with the diagram (download the pdf version of the diagram from the manual so you can see it clearly). Hope this helps.

Cheers.

I'm pointing at the regulator/alternator connecter (#15).

I'm holding the EX-UP connector (#21) that I taped over since the EX-UP is long gone. The diagonostics plug (#18) is directly to the left of my index finger next to the frame tube. It has the black plug cover on it.

Thanks FlyingQ!! Ya definitely 15 that's the issue. Already taped the valve and o2 sensor but somehow missing the alternator plug from the main harness... Gonna have to go fishing for that one somewhere... Just hope it isn't too far up as I've already put the air box back on.

Found it... Somehow I routed the cable from the main harness to the front.... Not sure how it ended up there but it's apparently not bundled with the rest of the harness that goes in the subframe so I must have missed it.

Pictures where an awesome help as I knew what to look for.

Finished trimming the rear carbon fiber fender to clear the CRM exhasut... Handlebar is back on... Next is the controls and trying to get the plastics to paint (and decide which color to go for)....

Cheers,
Sam
