Your first mistake was discussing this with the wife and asking for her opinion. I know that sounds harsh, but if you've bought a Duc you should know you are going to blow a lot of money on useless upgrades, so better correct that communication issue now if you love her. The last thing you need is someone whispering in your ear and telling you what a sane and rational decision you should be making, knowing full well you are going to end up ignoring it and pissing your money away anyhow
Secondly, I agree with Wonway. DD exhaust rules on the SF.
On a serious note, titanium exhausts on a street bike are about as useless as tits on a boar. It sure is a conversation starter though I've got a full titanium exhaust on my MH bike and it's best quality is SOUND, followed by beauty (beautiful colors from the heat)...and bringing up the rear comes weight (you won't believe how much lighter your wallet will get). Titanium is uber, as in over-the-top. If you've got money to piss away, go for it. Don't even use "value" or "worth" in the same sentence when asking "should I buy a titanium exhaust?".
Welcome.

Well your wife's only frame of reference is the bank account so that's not really any help is it? Don't listen to her.
There's just too much to discuss about the differences in one post and it'll probably be hard to search and read all the crap that has been posted over the last two years.
First just buy the bike and ride it. Find out if it has fueling issues (see the FAQ for more info) and if you'll need to do a reflash of the ECU.
I've had both the full system and the slips and I can feel a real difference in the full system over the slip. More power both at the bottom and the top of the revs but it's much more pronounced at the top end.
But the DP ECU that comes with the exhaust does not always work well with every bike and it cannot be tuned without a full reflash so it's a crapshoot...
The good thing for you is that you have a good tuner available over there, BSD performance, you might want to ring them up and see what they have to say.
and BTW Wonway was right the first time; the Double dog is double douche baggery...

Sorry, mate! Lack of punctuation and run-on sentences, along with my ADHD, were responsible for my not having correctly comprehended what he was asking.
Termi exhausts: As Tony the Tiger would say...." They're" great!
The majority of my answer still applies. The DD exhaust would look even better with that model.

The double-dong is great if you like to add that nautical theme to your bike:
...matches the sailor suit!
jdw
PS - some handy hints:
#1 - Never.....ever.....discuss upgrades to the bike with your wife. In my experience you can keep adding as much as you like, in the safe knowledge that they pay absolutely no attention to the details.
#2 - If they ask why is your bike back at the dealer, or why you're spending so much time in the garage doing spanner-work, just tell her it's "motorcycle maintenance".
#3 - If she does discover a new boxed piece lying around, just tell her you got it for $129.95......everything from now on only costs $129.95...ok?

When I bought the Hyper the salesman brought out the Termi slipon box ,with the price tag facing Wifey , I near Sh!t that he had the nerve to let her see the price , Wifey said "Just buy it cause you know you are going to anyways!"
Do lots of research and get what suits you,Knowing Ducati will always take all your £££s if you let them ...
