Ducati Class Action Lawsuit
Hello,
has any body else gotten notice of a lawsuit brought to Ducati by the District Court of Northern California?
this pertains to the fuel tank expansion problems...

Received both of mine in the mail a few days ago. Guess any newer Ducati puts you as part of this.. Be interesting to see how this goes.

Yeah looks like the lawyers put less effort into this suit than what gets put into creating the junk mail that was stuffed into the mailbox along with the notice.
I want to just exclude myself from the settlement, but I honestly don't think we can expect much better. Acerbis and Ducati... so disappointing.
