I would say you need new clutch plates. With the amount of miles you have on the bike and the fact that you say you do a lot of wheelies puts extra stress on the clutch. Especially if you fan the clutch to get the front wheel up. Measure the stack height first. If it's within specs you may get away with just cleaning and scuffing the metal plates. If the clutch shows excessive signs of heat or warped plates you will need to replace it.
