Different fueling problem
This is different from the low rpm stumble. When I go to get on the gas the engine revs high but then takes a second or two to get to the wheels and then it drops to a lower rpm before speeding up. It is like the bike is lagging when I get on the throttle. Is this DTC? I have the setting set at 4. The lights are not flashing red. I know when the DTC kicks in and this seems completely different. On my Multi 1200 with DTC this does not happen. What could be causing this?

Try duplicating the scenario with DTC turned off. You can also turn on your DDA and see if anything is happening with the bike... if you turn on the lap timer and when it happens, hit the high beams to mark a lap, it is easy to locate when you download the DDA run. That will show you the status of the speed, rpm and DTC activity and locating it at the lap marker is quick.

It sounds like your clutch is slipping (I am not talking about a slipper-clutch). This can be caused by too weak springs or worn down clutch plates.

I had a similar issue but it was the clutch sticking ie not engaging fully immediately after the lever was released completely. It would rev like it was in neutral and suddenly kick as the clutch engaged completely.. Not long after the clutch fluid reservoir started leaking too.. Dealer had really good look at it, lubed everything that needed lubing and replaced the fluid reservoir and it is all good since than.
And yeah I had a fluid leak on the break fluid reservoir too, hope that does not happen again..

Ducposer, had same thing happen to me today.
Only happened twice, minutes apart.
First time after I stopped to wipe the brake fluid off the reservoir.
Clutch reservoir hardly oozing today.

It started happening to me today as well. I figured that it was because it is cold out, 43 degrees F. My bike had a hard time starting as well - and I just unplugged it from my Battery Tender. So, I guess I will check it out for fluid leaks during lunch.

I dont think its the clutch because this happens while im on the freeway just cruising. Ill go get on the throttle and the bike will lag between the throttle and actual power delivery. Today im going to turn off the dtc on my commute and see if thats the problem.

Possible that the TPS is out of whack? Maybe you guys need a TPS reset?

Well it's not the dtc. I turned it of and still had the problem. When I rev it the engine spins up (increases in rpm) but when the powered is delivered to the wheels the rpm drops, and then starts to climb again. When I want to speed up I have to gently get on the throttle and wait a sec
Will syncing the throttle bodies and resetting the tps help?!

A little more info. I have the DP slipper clutch, termi half system with ecu and air filter. Other than that the bike is bone stock.
