Is it just me or the front disks bolts are total POS.
Tried to take the disks off, these things are so retarded tight that it's either fucking up the stupid torx (who fucking uses that on bolts that require over 80lb/ft of torque???) or bending the crappy ass torx bit!
Anyone has any idea what type of torx bit could be used to get these bolts off? Tried forged bits, tried forged bit on an impact, already stripped two, I think I'm gonna bright this to my dealer and throw it at their face for making this so retarded hard to remove!

Best bet is to use a quality bit without impact, unless all lesser means have failed. Long hadled wrench or breaker without extensions. Make Sue you keep it square and tight in the fastener.
I find using a bit of heat will work wonders on brake disc bolts and they are not torqued to 80ft lbs, though it does seem like it, I believe they are torqued to 25ft lbs? with some thread locktight(not sure of which strengh)
In this case I would use a good bit and an air impact. These bolts are torqued and may have some lock tight on them. Using a breaker bar on these is not good. You might be physically strong enough to break them loose, but the torques part of the bolt may start to give way. The jolting action of an air impact makes easy work of this without damaging the head of the bolt.

Wonway does have a point here. The hand hammer impact is a good tool. If I where to use an air impact you really have to push on the impact very hard and pulse the trigger. Almost the same action as the hand hammer impact. I have used both methods before with success. I have both tools in my box.

I've not had any trouble with these particular fastners. I use Craftsman Torx sockets. I'd follow what motodave had to say...use a little heat (not flame or fire). Here's some more info if it'll help. Cheers.
From the maintenance manual:
Brake disc retaining bolt M8x1.25 24* DRILOC 218 for original use to BREMBO for replacement parts LOCK 2
That's 24 Nm +/- 5%.
This is from The Loctite Technical Data Sheet For Product 218:
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
LOCTITE® Product Dri-Loc® 218 is a low to medium strength
pre-applied threadlocker. The pre-applied film is dry-to-the-touch
and remains an inert coating until assembly. During assembly
microcapsules, which are contained within the coating, are
crushed thereby releasing an active ingredient which initiates the
curing process
Torque Augmentation
Breakloose torque of an uncoated fastener will normally be 15 to
30% less than the on-torque.
