The belly pan totally destroys the look. I can understand if it's a regulation for racing, but otherwise... GACK!
As far as windshields go, Ducati painted themselves into a corner in my book. The stock headlight has what I would call finished lines. So when you add a windshield on top of it... to me it's like the original headlight is getting dry humped by a beached whale. Unlike say the S2R where the front cowl surrounds the headlight and it works on or off the bike, the lines are not finished and the piece works and even more so in the sport line with the full front fairing. It looks natural and one of the coolest looks of any classic sport bike.
