Lost Clutch Pressure
So i was in a 120mph turn and my pressure went out.
I made it to a biker bar to check what was up. Find out my NEW Evolution slave cylinder is gushing fluid.
Take it shop, pull it off...the bear was torn up..which tore up the 0 rings. Ive never hear dof this neither did the mechanics....ideas? I got a new one on....im thinking defect maybe?

What is the "bear"? How many sodas did you have at that biker bar?

If you're talking about the pressure plate bearing, then yes, they can be a problem. The clutch push rod, which seats itself in the bearing, should not be spinning with the engine running. If it is, the spinning can cause problems at the slave cylinder due to friction/heat build up. If you have an open clutch cover it's easy to check because you can see the end of the rod** in the center of the pressure plate bearing. If it's spinning fast, the bearing should be replaced. If you do run an open cover, that bearing is subject to any dirt, water, etc that can get to it. They go bad sometimes. Simple, easy, and inexpensive to replace. Always replace it when you replace a pressure plate.
EDIT: ** For clarification, it's actually not the push rod end you see when you look at the center of the pressure plate. It's the cap bushing that fits on the end of the push rod, but it acts as the end of the rod and should not be spinning.

Sounds like the clutch release bearing failed and spun the push rod until the slave cylinder piston got so hot it burned up the seals. You need a new bearing, new slave, and new "mechanics"...

makes sense...guess if it happens again then get to fix this. I'll look to see if the rod thing is spinning

When the clutch is released, there should be no load on the rod, so bearing friction will tend to spin it a bit. The better test is to pull the clutch lever in and then observe the rod. It should not spin under load.
