Replacement lid?

Trying to find a replacement lid for my beloved Shark RSR2 that took a dump.

After quite a bit of researched I've narrowed down the field to these models (based on fit of my current RSR2):

- Shoei X-12 (graphics are plain awesome and fit is probably closest to what I need) $720
- Shoei X-11 (which I could get a killer deal on but likely old and will be out of warranty well before I've used it for 5 years... color isn't what I wanted but price is pretty freaking attractive) $420
- X-lite X802 (comes from Germany and isn't DOT but the fit, finish and weight looks like a winner) $580

That's definitely some dough that I'm dropping so I don't wanna get something that I won't be happy with.

I've also considered other lids like the Bell RS1 but can't seem to find graphics that just look good enough and having it painted isn't really an option (price wise mainly).

I'm looking for a lid that's gonna have the same tight fit as my RSR2. God I loved that lid

have you heard of the Suomy Apex? Italian lid that weighs significantly less than a normal helmet.

Agreed on the Shark lids. I have a RSR and love it. Just a great piece. I would be hard pressed to find somehting else that compares accept for the X12 Shoei which I am also looking at.

Cant go wrong with either.

Ya the X12 is a piggy though and price seem to keep on increasing. X11 is the best deal and supposedly better, just don't like the graphics as much as the X12 and not sure about warranty or even purchasing a lid that's been manufactured that long ago.
