I ride with my wife almost every other weekend (we ride mountainbikes in between). She always gets a big say in our two up bike (we have 4 bikes) and tells me the Multistrada is the 2nd most comfy bike she has ridden on the pillion seat. We ride around 500 kilometres at a time and also do a few tours over days or weeks.
We've had touring Beemers, Yammys, Guzzis and Ducs and her top favourite seat was on my Yammy XJR1300SP.

Mine is the S sports version with lots of carbon, Leo Vince and Bazzaz plus I forked out for the Ducati panniers to match.
