It almost doesn't matter. You can go to almost any part of Italy or southern France to find spectacular roads like that. Maybe they aren't on the coast, but the winding turns and hills just make most of the roads in the US bland, over-engineered, strips of asphalt. Europe is a blast to ride and when you're tired of riding the food is even better!
