hi thanks for your interest -
the jacket does have a little armor/padding in it. that being said i wouldnt really track in it but if you can see from the second pic there is a blue padding/armor for the back and the elbows have some padding as well. again nothing major but there is some there.
if your on the fence, im at work right now but when i get home tonight i can thoroughly go over jacket and give you a more detailed response as to how much armor is in the jacket but basically the back and elbows are protected and maybe the shoulders but i'd have to check on that. but im leaning towards just the back and elbows. anything else please feel free to ask, thanks!
