is this DOT or SNELL certified?

I like the 1125R your riding, had one just like it but I took the mirrors off for CRGs and the riser handlebars.
Heres Erik's racer, vaguely like our bikes, lol. It is very cool in person, but for $40k I would buy an 1199R instead.
