2006 Ducati 749 biposto - $4999

Ok, I need this thing gone. 2006 Ducati 749 biposto, 6030 miles. Gloss black biposto, not a "dark" model. 2nd owner, I purchased it from Corse Superbikes. Original owner rode it for about 2500 miles then traded it in.

The good:
6k service has been done by a factory-trained ducati tech. He was the old Corse head tech and is currently the head tech/service manager at Ducati Milwaukee.
This includes valve adjustment, belts, cam degreeing to factory spec, gaskets, plugs, etc.
+4 rear sprocket, 520 did erv3
This was all done in December of 2009. I've done 6 trackdays since the top end was refreshed.
15W50 Silkolene Pro-4 every 4 trackdays, K&N filter.

The Bad:
I lowsided at blackhawk in september 2010 on the right side. I had track bodywork on that held up rather well, and I have frame sliders that held up well.
throttle-side clipon was ground down a bit, I have a new one but haven't mounted it yet.
Throttle tube is torn a bit, it was an aftermarket, i have the original. But the aftermarket still works.
Frame is unscratched, forks are straight.

Tank unfortunately got scratched a bit. It's about a 3" square area.
The swingarm is unscratched (I have swingarm spools/sliders) but the right side spool thread is ovaled a bit. It's not bad and the spool still fits in and would function.
It was really a minor lowside.

$4,999

Do you have a close up of the tank damage? If the tank deformed or just the paint damaged? Is that the stock exhaust? What modifications other than the Chain size did you do to the bike? The rearsets look like Yoyodyne but it is hard to tell from the photo. I am looking for a new track day bike so would like to know what you have done to make it better for the track.

i have some pics, send me an email and I'll send them to you. the tank is not deformed, just paint scratch.

exhaust is stock. The rearsets I got off here and the previous owner didn't know what they were.

there are underbody frame sliders from speedymoto. I can include track bodywork if you'd like. There's also a speedymoto water pump cover not shown above.

otherwise, just the engine work and tires. it's a great trackday bike and wouldn't be selling if the kids weren't racking up huge bills.
