I've thought about selling this one that I club raced a couple of years. Has a Ducshop built 848 motor and a long list of improvements. Stock bodywork back on it and looks great. Have not been riding it since I had Ducshop adjust the valves and put new belts on it a couple of years ago so it's just sitting in the dining room. Has 999 gas tank on it now but also have stock large capacity tank to go with it. If you're interested PM me and I can provide more detail.

I understand and good luck with your search. I need to take mine out and ride it rather than just look at it but insurance and registration adds up on riding 3 bikes. Maybe I'll get coverage for a couple of months before winter because I really miss riding it.

Are you looking for something local?
I know of one in CA that is mint with low miles. Stock.
Send me a PM and I can email you the guy to contact. I bought my last bike from him and saw his bikes in the "man cave".

don't be scared of the 848 upgrade. you get all the rev-happiness of the 749r short stroke engine, but with more torque. I have a 749r, but if I could find one with this upgrade I would buy it in a second!
