Steering angle aduster
Hi Guys
Do you have to remove the top yoke to adjust the steering angle collar ?
It seems very tight to adjust with the yoke in place ?, unless there is a special tool you have to use .

Just tried to move the collar with a c spanner but its really tight , is this right and does anyone know what way to turn it , clock or anti -clock if it matters ???
