749 Ok to use Amsoil 10w-40 fully synthetic?
just bought a bike and trying to do first oil change and was wondering if its ok to use amsoil 10-40 fully synthetic with stock ducati oil filter?

Or you could just use Rotella T Synthetic and save some money!

IMHO the Amsoil is a good oil when you have a wet clutch, rated MA, I like Redline oil when you have a dry clutch because of its MB rateing.
I would use the K&N filter or Purepower S/S oil filter over the stock one, as they are better filters. Aloha Alex

Don't forget, Amsoil has a filter for our bikes as well. Been out for quite some time now. EaOM138C.
