Agostini Arai helmet
I always liked the Agostini Arai helmet that was made a few years ago, but I didn't need a helmet at the time. I know they made two:
silver band around the bottom with Black on the right side, white in the middle and red on the left
and
gold band around the bottom wtih gren on the right side, white in the middle and red on the left.
I am now needing a new helmet and I have found a guy that does great custom painting fairly cheaply. So I was thinking of getting a white helmet and getting it painted like the green/white/red/gold and get him to match up the red somewhat to my 916 red. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had any good pictures of this helmet from more than just one side. I have found a couple of very small ones but they are always just of the left side. I would like to have some from all sides. Thanks for any help .

MV stands for Meccanica Verghera...not sure of the spelling.

You are correct sir.....
That is indeed what the MV in MV Agusta stands for. Here is the company history if anyone is interested: http://www.mvagusta.net/history/49

I thought MV stood for Moto Variese.
Not being an MVophile I'm likely wrong though.

As far as I remember back in the day Ago rep helmets were AGV but I spotted an ad for a new Ago during the break for WSB last weekend. As soon as my old fart memory kicks back in I''ll tell you who made it.

Shouldn't be too awully expensive if you can get it here in the US. Nolan prices aren't typically astronomical........sean
