Duc service in Los Angeles area

Need to get some work completed on my Duck. Being relatively new to the area, who do you recommend for Duck service work in the Los Angeles area? Thanks.

Scott - MotoServizio.
He is located in Signal Hill (405 and Cherry St) but I don't have the phone # with me here.
He is by far the best but he has over a 3 week wait and was talking last week about not taking any new customers... You might want to get your bike in before he quits taking anyone new.

Before I would take my bike to Pro Italia or Spectrum I would sell it and buy a Honda.... not sure about the other local dealerships.

just my .02

Scott's the man but, if he's not available, I've heard some good feedback on Beverly Hills Ducati. I don't know about Spectrum but I would rather chew on a light bulb than deal with Pro Italia.

The only thing about going to the dealers are their prices are way too high, Scott is much cheaper and he has a much higher quality of service.

Let me pile on with my support of Scott. A great mechanic makes all the difference in Ducati ownership.

Closing thought- if you think that your dealer's Ducati mechanic is pretty hot, then think of him this way.....if he went into business for himself, would he attract the same compliments that this fellow has ? Most dealer mechanics are so bad that they need the "cover" of a dealership to insulate them from customer reality, and could hardly make it on their own.

Thumbs up

I have to jump on the bandwagon. I can't say enough good things about Scott at Motoservizio. He may be a bit quirky, but man can that guy turn a wrench. I would HIGHLY recommend being very defferential to him and pay him the utmost respect, it will get you much further with him. I think Spectrum is average at best and very overpriced. I couldn't be happier than I am with Scott.

HIS NUMBER IS (562) 981-0911

I am in the LA area, and I just called Spectrum... Apparently Spectrum is no longer in business, its called "Mission Motorsports" and they don't work on Ducatis anymore... Hopefully I can get an appointment with MotoServizio after Laguna Seca?
