Dealer - Good Customer Service

Most of the time we hear about poor service, or problems from the local Ducati dealer, and we rarely hear about good service received.
I thought this would be a good thread to mention good service from dealers.

I bought my SC 1000S from Ducati City (Melbourne), and I got a great deal when buying my bike ($2000 cheaper from one dealer and $4000 cheaper than the other dealer), good service from the service department, including getting a warranty problem sorted for me.
Kudos to them.

Any other customer friendly dealers around?

Didnt buy my bike there, have bought many parts and accessories though. Very friendly and easy to work with.

In San Diego, or SoCal for that matter, GP is the shat. Great people, great service, great shop, great locale. They know their bikes. www.gpmotorcycles.com
