Paul Smart Technical Boots
I did a search and only came up with one thread. I was just hoping that some people have had feedback or experience with the Paul Smart Technical Boots?

They seem pretty nice for the short ride to work or casual ride through traffic. Any thoughts? Thanks everyone!

Laces always concern me a little when riding with an open clutch.
Other wise they are nice.

What's nice is they have the lace cover, so you won't have flapping laces. Just a nice price for something with a Ducati label on it that actually looks nice and is funcational...I hope

Price is good, rides cool, very paranoid about the laces but I tuck them in under the velcro. Very light and flexible and appear to give some protection without being too thick. Not bad for non agressive street rides.

I got mine about a year ago for 100 bucks. Good deal. Don't worry about the laces. The velcro strap covers them up. Good support. Good room to tuck pants inside if you want. Good for touring or casual rides. Not for real aggressive riding or racing. The nice thing about these is that you don't look out of place walking around with them on. They are comfortable but a bit heavy while walking but tolerable.
I didn't click the link to see the price. However if they are 120-100 you are getting a good deal.
You can check out some of the Dainese shoe/light boot products for comparable looks and performance. They are a bit more expensive but more comfortable.
Good luck with the purchase!

These were/are my first boots. I've been wearing them since I got my SS a little over a year ago. Though I don't have a base for comparison, they have suited my needs well. I usually wear them all day while I am work. They are a little hot for wearing around all day but tolerable. The soles are just starting to show wear. No issues with the shoe laces as they tuck under the velcro ankle strap.
In fact, I have a brand new, never worn pair available if anyone is interested. The first pair I purchased was a size 43 and turned out to be a size to large.

size
I wear 10-10 1/2 and my Smarts are size 44. These actually feel a bit loose on me...not as snug as I would like. I would go for 45 for you if you are 10 1/2-11 and you should be ok.

I prefer the snug fit so maybe the 44 would work? Hmm...wish there was some place to try them on!
