cool link....I love my SC more and more each day...Ducati should def have a retro, cafe-styled bike in the works

Down here, when they were still in production, the showrooms had plenty of stock.....that sometimes sat around for a few years. Then when they dropped the 1000S and 1000 biposto, they sold immediately. Now the Duc dealers all say the same thing......they could sell heaps of them.
Other comments from above are true.......by the time money has been thrown at these bikes for mods/upgrades, you could have bought a 1198 for the same money. I know I am already into my bike for $29k (down here they were $21k when new).
Having said that, I love it to death.

Still trying to find another one for the Dutchess... They are rare as hen's teeth in the UK.
Dealerprices are too high, and everyone is getting greedy. My low mileage 2009 SC1000 cost me £5200 last year. Meanwhile just saw a standard Paul Smart for £12,000. Ohlins aside, that's crazy.
