Dealership allocation

Hi,
I've placed my deposit for the Panigale roughly one month ago at the smaller of two local Duc shops in my area. However, I'm beginning to wonder if I should have ordered through the larger shop because the small shop is more of a European sport-bike boutique and the larger shop is one of the largest Duc shops in the country. I'm beginning to wonder if the small shop has enough bikes allocated to them for me to get mine within the year. Or does Ducati treat pre-orders differently than allocated bikes?
Thanks

I put a deposit down on one last year and tried to get an insurance quote last week. It was £2.3k. Might be worth checking that out. Not sure if the Panigale test pilots are getting stung? Could just be my 1 years no claims making it a lot worse

On another note. It might be worth trying to speak to Ducati UK and seeing if they'll give you any idea about your dealer. I met them at the bike show in birmingham and they told my dealer were getting quite a few. He seemed confident they'd get a lot out early on but the dealer was more reserved, to avoid dissapointment

I've every confidence Ducati will crank out as many 1199s as pre-orders.
