Motowheels

Hey guys,

I know this is probably the 100th thread about motowheels but I just feel it's necessary to compliment their company and staff. I've nothing but excellent service from motowheels when it comes to customer service, quick shipping time to Canada and very knowledgable with Ducati questions. Hats off to you guys and thanks for everything!

Do other people think their shipping rates are a bit high? I had to pay $18 for a hyper midpipe.

I haven't had an issue. It's usually only $25-30 for me to Canada. There is probably a standard minimum fee to ship things. Shoot them an email it doesn't hurt to ask.

Not if it had to go to NJ from CA.

Our website uses a direct feed from UPS for a shipping quote. The cost includes UPS insurance, UPS fuel surcharge and home delivery charge. Shipping is determined by weight and size of the box. Nothing else is added.

If you go on to the UPS website and try to ship the box to us it should be the same price or more. If it is off, please let us know.

+1 had a bit of a miscommunication with one of the guys at motowheels last year. one of the 10 or so pieces I ordered was backordered so my "package" never shipped as they were still waiting on parts. called them, spoke to manager, they shipped everything right away and offered to either upgrade me to another pair of gloves, send everything they had in stock and send gloves later, or hold out and take care of me on the next order. Great group of guys who will take care of you!

Matt at MW is great. I just ordered some OZ wheels from them and couldn't be happier with service/price. Thanks Motowheels.
