Let the Rumours Begin...
Now im never one to start a rumour..
but came across this last night and just got too excited not to share..
could it be true? why not? for those who think the 180+ HP on the new 1199 is a but much for grocery store runs i present this..

......oooooooohhhhhhhh! Thank you Farewarning, I have been waiting for this to pop, as a stablemate to the Pikes Peak. I am in WHEN this happens.  That said, it would need to be an 848 for me to pull trigger. 750 seems a bit anemic, if only in my head.  .

Based on specific output of the 1199 a 749 version would be knocking out around 120HP. But in reality it would be another 10 or 15% more. If they wanted to go WSS racing that is. With the advances they have made with the 1199 I reckon they would be mad to not leverage that and build a bike within the regulations of World Super Sport.
