2011 doc kit
I got my kit today in the mail ,I got my 2010 in october last year better late than never. Key chain, small sheet of stickers, cloth tag for jacket, I use my cloth tag on my key chain so no straches or marks on gas tank.

I got my kit on Saturday, the first one I have actually received. After having not received a kit in 2009 or 2010, I voice my unhappiness on my local club distribution list. A couple of well meaning but perhaps not entirely cognizant club presidents told me that they thought Ducat was doing the best that it can. The clear message from both was that somehow this had to be a problem of mine.
When I finally got my DOC "Welcome Kit" Saturday, the depth of the problem became apparent. They had the correct street address and zip code, but had replaced Connecticut with Texas. Apparently in Bologna, it's all the same.
Not impressed, to say the very least. And not really interested in more apologies for Ducati on this one.

Always got mine through the President of the MH900e club. Somehow that club got dissolved / lost its status / standing with Ducati and no more kits for me ever since. Are there "presidents" around who have left-over or spare kits that they can send? Please PM me if you have kit(s) to spare.
