Weed gave us a very good starting point. It seems the most popular one is made by Aviorace.it and sold by few shops such as Durbhan or Carbonvani.
The most common right hand setup is the 2 buttons, 1 switch button and 1 push button
It also exist in a 3 buttons configuration, but I only found it on the Aviorace website.
The left hand control is a 5 buttons, but it's thought for track use.

This can easily be transform to 2 push buttons for ECU navigation and 3 switches for flashers and high beam (an no horn
)
From few shops, the button type and colors and engraving is fully customizable upon order.
ISR is also making some intersting things, but designed to be used with their master.
