Kudos to California Cycleworks...

I just wanted to share with everyone my most recent experience with Chris at California Cycleworks (www.ca-cycleworks.com). I've been doing sporatic business with him for about 10 years, but this time I believe he's stood above and beyond what most businesses would do.

Over a year ago, Chris and I exchanged some PMs and he made me an offer/deal on some products. I was not in the market for them at the time, but recently came upon the need. I figured I'd remind him of the offer, and was wondering if he'd still be interested in honoring it. I really was not expecting him to honor the offer, especailly since it was about 14 months ago. Chris said he would, and did, and the service and products were just as good as they ever are from California Cycleworks. I just wanted to let everyone know that Chris is definitely a man of his word. His type is hard to come by these days. Thanks, Chris!!!

There are some people and companies that just make ownership of your bike a joy, and Chris is one of them.

Nice to hear about companies like this still exist, they are becoming very rare.

My experience with Chris goes back at least ten years and it's always been positive. I don't know anyone who has had a bad experience.
