You know the ink is worn on the outside of the shirt, so it should not touch your skin unless you put it on inside out

You have excessive inflammation... Consider a non
Glutene and no dairy diet for 5-6 weeks to detox and your skin allergies should disappear. That means no beer also so you might want to start now so you can start drinking again for ECM
