Just realized that if anywhere close to 80 people attend this year, that I need to ask for a bigger banquet hall/room for sat night. Hope we don't lose that ECM feel. I challenge every veteran of years 2010 & 2011 to do their best to update newbies on all the shenanigans that went on in previous years.

Aside from meeting fri and sat night to break bread together, I think if we can just all actually meet at the right time and place for the group photo this year that the rest can call go to happy mayhem hell

Who has a megaphone or a bull-horn they can bring for announcements? Or maybe I should really put up a bulletin board in the lobby with rides/activities which people want to lead, so whoever wants to just join up with others has an easy way to see what's going on.

Thoughts/suggestions?

Yea... Saw your math.. Pretty insane. What about getting a few SoCal peeps to share cost.. Bring over a few bikes @ $500 each (a price I would have paid after seeing the $1300 cost charged by companies) and significantly defray cost?
