Hint: Think exotic, and not Desmosedici.

Is this a production setup?

If production, then the aluminum frame rail in the top left is throwing me off. Did any Ducati-powered Bimotas have perimeter-style frames?

If it's not a production bike, then it could be anything.

We need another hint.

Whatever it is, that setup is a work of art!

To me, it looks like a test rig that's used to optimize injector placement. Everything's adjustable, including being able to change the aim of the injectors remotely. This is something that would probably be seen in a dynamometer cell.

Once the best place for the injectors is found, the airbox could be designed around it.
