Multistrada / ST3s Dash
I need to to replace the dash on my Multi 1000, but the part is $1200 new, so my last resort is eBay. Most dashes from eBay come without the red key or the key card. My dealer says that at the very least i would need the red key to mate a used (eBay) dash to my bike's ECU.
If the dash comes with no red key, etc. can a used dash be re-viriginized like it could be done with an ECU? Who can do it?
If not, what would be the process of mating a used dash (with no red key or key code card) to a motorcycle? Or can it be dome at all?
