I went from an '08 1000RR that I put 39,000 miles on. I'm on an '08 1098S now. I won't go back for the street. LOVE the Ducati. I ride a 600RR on the track but would love an 848 in the future. Don't expect the Ducati to be as carefree as the RR, it's like a hot woman. She is going to require attention. Totally worth it though.
