Color specific shots?

Do any of you know if the Canon Rebel takes color specific photos? Meaning if I take a pic of a Duc will it pull out the red color only? I've seen photos of this and wondered if my wifes camera can do this?

No. You have to do that in post processing with a program like Photoshop.

Thanks I think I figured that out after I posted it. I was mislead that a camera can do the work for you.
