I left the hotel with too-big a lens (70-300) so I ended up shooting things with a much narrower field of vision than I usually would. That made it a challenge. But, there were several I was happy with:

You may have felt limited by the lens but I like what it forced you to do: Focus on details. Made for a very enjoyable viewing experience.

thanks. it was definitely a challenge but I found it fun to shoot things differently than I otherwise would. glad you enjoyed the pics.

+1 on Don's comments. I like the shots. It is fun to head to some venue with a single lens and show it off with the tool you brought. Sometimes it's better than switching lenses for the 'perfect' shot. Adds character.
